LexisNexis® Citation Tools 2003
IMPORTANT NOTES:
The installation of the Citation Tools 2003 software requires Windows Installer version 2.0 or higher. If you do not already have the required version of Windows Installer, the install process installs it for you.
The Download for the Citation Tools 2003 listed below is for new installations as well as upgrades to previous versions of CheckCite® and LEXLink (versions 8.1, 8.2, and 8.3). The new software includes all of the enhancements from the previous versions of software.

New Release Key Feature List
I. CheckCite/LEXLink Client Release
- The Citation Tools 2003 software package has a brand new install program that allows a more customizable installation (see the installation guide for details).
- If you have saved your sign on information, LEXLink now has the ability to use this information to bypass the Sign-On screen for LexisNexis® at lexis.com® or LexisNexis® by Credit Card.
- When you create a citation list from a document using LEXLink, you now have the ability to submit these citations directly to Get and Print.
- Added the Advanced button to the main interface of CheckCite. This new button performs the same action as clicking on Edit/Option Sets or Ctrl+T.
- You can check for dictionary updates by clicking on the Update button found on the Citation Dictionary Editor screen within CheckCite (Edit/Dictionary or Ctrl+D).
- Citing references in the Shepard's® report are hyperlinked to the full text on LexisNexis® at lexis.com®. You can now link directly to the full text from the CheckCite report in the Report Viewer or Word Processor.
- Citations in history phrases are included in the citation list.
- Added the Delete Invalid Cites button to Citation List screen within CheckCite. This gives you the ability to delete some or all of your invalid citations from your list.
- Added the remainder of reporters supported by Shepard's®, Auto-Cite® and/or LEXSEE® to the dictionary.
