Problem Description:

This is a setup issue that occurs when the Time Matters® Program Level setting Use PCLaw Auto-numbering is enabled. PCLaw™ is installed, but the program has yet to be opened. If you start adding contacts in Time Matters without first initializing the PCLaw database, Time Matters cannot use PCLaw's auto-numbering, because no PCLaw numbers currently exist.

Suggested Action:

Open Lexis® Back Office powered by PCLaw™ to enable its Auto number feature.
