A Billing Item record you sent to PCLaw did not contain information in all of the required fields, because one or more of the mandatory fields is empty.

Suggested Action:

  1. Click Close on the the error message to return to the Billing Form - Change window.
  2. Verify that you completed all mandatory fields.
