Some Contacts Do Not Synchronize Between Time Matters and a Palm Device

Problem Description:

The Records with No Staff option is not set up for synchronization.

Suggested Action:

Take the following steps to include records with no staff:

  1. Click File and select Synchronize and Palm Handheld to open the Palm/Visor Synchronize window.
  2. Click Next to open the HotSync Conduits To Install window.
  3. Click Next to open the Specify Records Types to Synchronize window.
  4. Click Options to the right of Contact Records to open the Link Options - Contact Records window.
  5. Click to check the Include Contacts with no entry in the Time Matters Staff field on the Link Options - Contact Records window.
  6. Click OK to close the Link Options - Contact Records window.
  7. Click Next to open the Clear Palm Data Records window.
  8. Click Next to open the Both Sides Changed window.
  9. Click Next to open the Setup Complete - Restart HotSync window.
  10. Click OK to save the modified synchronization settings for the next HotSync.
  11. Restart the HotSync Manager.
  12. Use the Hotsync Manager to synchronize your Palm.
