Some Contacts Do Not Synchronize Between Time Matters and a Palm Device
Problem Description:
The Records with No Staff option is not set up for synchronization.
Suggested Action:
Take the following steps to include records with no staff:
- Click File and select Synchronize and Palm Handheld to open the Palm/Visor Synchronize window.
- Click Next to open the HotSync Conduits To Install window.
- Click Next to open the Specify Records Types to Synchronize window.
- Click Options to the right of Contact Records to open the Link Options - Contact Records window.
- Click to check the Include Contacts with no entry in the Time Matters Staff field on the Link Options - Contact Records window.
- Click OK to close the Link Options - Contact Records window.
- Click Next to open the Clear Palm Data Records window.
- Click Next to open the Both Sides Changed window.
- Click Next to open the Setup Complete - Restart HotSync window.
- Click OK to save the modified synchronization settings for the next HotSync.
- Restart the HotSync Manager.
- Use the Hotsync Manager to synchronize your Palm.
