Cannot Match Billing Data From Juris to Time Matters

Problem Description:

You cannot match any fields from the .CSV file while importing because the header information is garbled or contains gibberish. This may occur if you saved the file in a format other than Comma Delimited CSV.

Suggested Action:

Reopen the .CSV file and resave it as a Comma Delimited CSV file.
