Microsoft® Ends Support & Updates for Windows® XP, Office 2003, & Exchange 2003

On April 8, 2014, Microsoft discontinued all technical assistance, product updates, and security updates for Windows XP, Office 2003, and Exchange 2003. Although your computer may still work, you may now be more vulnerable to security risks and viruses.

Customers with Time Matters® Annual Maintenance Plan (AMP) subscriptions can still receive limited support for the product in these environments; however, we strongly recommend that you upgrade your operating system.

If upgrading your hardware, please review the Time Matters system requirements to make sure your new hardware meets the specifications for your Time Matters version.

Billing Matters Accounting Users: Upgrading to Billing Matters 13 or 13.1

Please ensure you have completely transitioned your accounting data to another program before upgrading to Billing Matters 13 or 13.1.

Do not upgrade to either of these versions if you have not completed the transition of your accounting data; otherwise, you may lose access to your accounting data.
