Missing E-Signature

Use the Collier TopForm Bankruptcy Filing Program to include the Electronic Signature in your filing.

  1. Click the Open Existing Case radio button on the Select Options screen.
  2. Click to highlight the case you want to add forms to.
  3. Click OK to open the Navigator window.
  4. Double-click Voluntary Petition in the Navigator window to open the Voluntary Petition window.
  5. Click on the Case Setup tab.
  6. Click the Law Firm drop-down arrow and click to select the firm name.
  7. Press Tab on your keyboard.
  8. Click the Representative drop-down arrow and click to select the representative name.
  9. Press Tab on your keyboard. If the attorney's e-signature is visible it will be included in your filing.
  10. Click the Counsel tab and verify that the attorney's information appears in the Electronic Signature field.
  11. Click the X in the upper right corner of the Voluntary Petition window to close and save your changes.
    NOTE: Proceed to step 12 if the attorney's e-signature is not visible.
  12. Click Setup on the tool bar and select Firm to open the Firm Setup window.
  13. Click to select the firm.
  14. Click the Representative tab and add the e-signature code and bar number in the name and number fields.
  15. Click the Counsel tab and verify that the attorney's information appears in the Electronic Signature field.
  16. Click the X in the upper right corner of the Voluntary Petition window to close and save your changes.
