Missing E-Signature
Use the Collier TopForm Bankruptcy Filing Program to include the Electronic Signature in your filing.
- Click the Open Existing Case radio button on the Select Options screen.
- Click to highlight the case you want to add forms to.
- Click OK to open the Navigator window.
- Double-click Voluntary Petition in the Navigator window to open the Voluntary Petition window.
- Click on the Case Setup tab.
- Click the Law Firm drop-down arrow and click to select the firm name.
- Press Tab on your keyboard.
- Click the Representative drop-down arrow and click to select the representative name.
- Press Tab on your keyboard. If the attorney's e-signature is visible it will be included in your filing.
- Click the Counsel tab and verify that the attorney's information appears in the Electronic Signature field.
- Click the X in the upper right corner of the Voluntary Petition window to close and save your changes.
NOTE: Proceed to step 12 if the attorney's e-signature is not visible. - Click Setup on the tool bar and select Firm to open the Firm Setup window.
- Click to select the firm.
- Click the Representative tab and add the e-signature code and bar number in the name and number fields.
- Click the Counsel tab and verify that the attorney's information appears in the Electronic Signature field.
- Click the X in the upper right corner of the Voluntary Petition window to close and save your changes.
