Adding Forms
Take the following steps to add forms to an existing bankruptcy filing:
- Click File on the Collier TopForm toolbar and select Open.
- Click to highlight the case you want to open, and click OK.
- Click Setup on the Collier TopForm toolbar and select Navigator Categories.
NOTE: Collier TopForm automatically highlights your default jurisdiction. - Select a category from the Categories and Forms drop-down list.
- Click the form you want to add from the Available Forms list.
- Click
to move the form to the Categories and Forms list.
- Click OK to save the changes and close the Navigator Categories window.
- Click Setup on the toolbar and select Report Categories.
NOTE: Collier TopForm automatically highlights your default jurisdiction. - Select a category from the Categories and Forms drop-down list.
- Click the form you want to add from the Available Forms list.
- Click the Right Arrow button to move the form to the Categories and Forms list and open a dialog box that indicates your form may be rejected by your jurisdiction.
- Click Yes.
- Click OK to save the changes and close the Report Categories window.
