Adding Forms

Take the following steps to add forms to an existing bankruptcy filing:

  1. Click File on the Collier TopForm toolbar and select Open.
  2. Click to highlight the case you want to open, and click OK.
  3. Click Setup on the Collier TopForm toolbar and select Navigator Categories.
    NOTE: Collier TopForm automatically highlights your default jurisdiction.
  4. Select a category from the Categories and Forms drop-down list.
  5. Click the form you want to add from the Available Forms list.
  6. Click Right Arrow to move the form to the Categories and Forms list.
  7. Click OK to save the changes and close the Navigator Categories window.
  8. Click Setup on the toolbar and select Report Categories.
    NOTE: Collier TopForm automatically highlights your default jurisdiction.
  9. Select a category from the Categories and Forms drop-down list.
  10. Click the form you want to add from the Available Forms list.
  11. Click the Right Arrow button to move the form to the Categories and Forms list and open a dialog box that indicates your form may be rejected by your jurisdiction.
  12. Click Yes.
  13. Click OK to save the changes and close the Report Categories window.
