Editing the Master Address List

Use the Master Address List to store the frequently used information you want to import into schedules and forms at a later time.


Adding Information to your Master Address List

Take the following steps to add information to your Master Address List:

  1. Click Setup on the Collier TopForm toolbar and select Master Address Maintenance.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the Master Address Maintenance list.
  3. Click inside the empty field next to the asterisk.
  4. Enter information in each applicable field.
  5. Click Close to save the changes and exit the Master Address Maintenance window.

Editing Information in your Master Address List

Take the following steps to edit information in your Master Address List:

  1. Click Setup on the Collier TopForm toolbar and select Master Address Maintenance.
  2. Click to select the field in the Master Address Maintenance list that you want to edit.
  3. Enter information in each applicable field.
  4. Click Close to save the changes and exit the Master Address Maintenance window.
