Problem Description
The error is received when logging into Juris® Suite or accessing My Summary. It can occur when the DBUser account is not properly configured on the SQL server.
Suggested Action
- Download and run the JUT35ResetDBUsers Utility.
- Reset each listed User ID, except JurisBackup.
