Problem Description
The error is received when logging into Juris® Suite or accessing My Summary. It can occur when the DBUser account is not properly configured on the SQL server.
Suggested Action
  1. Download and run the JUT35ResetDBUsers Utility.
  2. Reset each listed User ID, except JurisBackup.
Note: The ID's listed in this utility are also used in configuring ODBC connections to the database. If you are running MS Access reports, test the reports after running this utility.
