You can retrieve documents you downloaded, printed, or emailed from your History for 90 days.

Take the following steps to retrieve documents through History:
  1. Click History.
  2. Select View all history.
    Note: You can only retrieve delivered documents from your full History.
  3. Click the link at the top of the document you delivered.
    Note: The name of the link depends on whether you downloaded, printed, or emailed. The link may appear as Print: [filename], Download: [filename], or Email([number of files]) if you selected multiple documents to email.
  4. Click the link to open the file, or right-click the link and use your browser menu to save the file.
