Take the following steps to edit information for multiple users:
You can access LexisNexis Account Center directly at https://accountcenter.lexisnexis.com using your LexisNexis® product ID and password.
Note: Not all users have access to LexisNexis Account Center. If you do not have access, contact your firm's administrator.

The LexisNexis® Account Center tool allows Administrators to edit users within the same application. Administrators can add, delete, or suspend users. If you do not see the user on the list presented, click the Clear All filter. You must have the LNAC Admin Manage User authorization to be able to add, edit, delete, or suspend users.
Take the following steps to edit an existing user:
- Click Users on the left side of the page.
- Click Users near the top of the page, if not already selected.
- Locate the user for whom you want to edit information, using Narrow By filters as needed.
- Click the user's name to open the user's details. Do not click the checkbox.
- Click Edit on the right side of the user's information.
- Make the necessary changes to the user's information. You can change the following information:
- Name
- Email Address
- Location
- Time Zone
- Display Preference
- Language Preference
- Timekeeper ID
- Select Save.
Take the following steps to edit information for multiple users:
- Select two or more users from the user list.
- On the right panel, click View List to see the full list of selected users.
- Click an option to modify the Status, Product Access, User Details, Public Record, or Groups for all selected users.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to make the changes.
- Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each necessary edit.
