How Do I Access LexisNexis Account Center Support?

Click the Support drop-down menu from the top navigation bar to access Contact Customer Support, Topic Help, and Feedback.
 
You can access LexisNexis Account Center directly at https://accountcenter.lexisnexis.com using your LexisNexis^® product ID and password.

Take the following steps to access LexisNexis Account Center while signed in to the Lexis^® or Lexis+^® service:

1. Click More in the upper right corner on the Lexis service.
2. Select LexisNexis^® Account Center.
3. Enter your product ID and password if prompted.

Note: If you do not have the LexisNexis Account Center option under the More drop-down or you are unable to sign into LexisNexis Account Center with your ID and password, contact your firm's administrator.
