Types of Templates

The types of templates available in Automated Templates are as follows:

Template Type Description
Interview  Templates An interview template does not assemble a document and cannot be previewed.  Instead, it gathers and saves information to an answer file.  Providing answers for an interview template is also called completing an intake interview.  The answer file from the intake interview can then be uploaded into various documents in the Source Collection.
Automated Templates An Automated Template allows you to generate a complete document by answering questions in an interview.  Once you complete the interview, your completed form is available in either Word or PDF format.  After you build a document using an Automated Template, you can download the document and make changes that will affect only that copy of the document. You can also print the document.
Custom Clause Interview Template Some estate planning source collections allow you to add custom clauses with your own language.  Use this intake to type in any custom clause that you will use more than once.  Once saved, you can upload them without having to retype them each time.  You can also upload saved custom clause answer files to your automated templates during the interview process using the upload answer files feature.

This template is currently available in Florida Will & Trusts.
Non-Automated Printable/Email-able Templates A non-automated form such as a client intake form.  Use the document preview to view the form before download.  Select Finish then select the form for download or email.
