Search

Take the following steps to run a Search:

  1. Click the Search Tab.
  2. Click Search under Search Tools.
  3. Click to expand the courts for each jurisdiction.
  4. Click to check the box(es) next to the court(s) you want to search.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Enter your search criteria.
    NOTE: Click Show Advanced Search Options to view and complete the available search fields for each court if you have chosen multiple courts to search.
  7. Click Next.
    NOTE: The Search Assurance request form opens if the search fails, the court is unavailable, or the search returns an error message. Complete the Contact Information on the Delivery Method screen and click Next.
  8. Enter a client code in the Client Matter Code field or select a previously used code from the Previous Codes drop-down list.
  9. Click Run Search.
