Updating a Previously Retrieved Docket

You can update a docket that you have already retrieved to get the most recent version of the proceedings from the court.

Take the following steps to update a docket:

  1. Click the Documents & Dockets tab.
  2. Click the name of the case you want to update.
  3. Click Get Updated Docket in the top left corner to open the Update Docket window.
  4. Enter a client code in the Client Matter Code field or select a previously used code from the Previous Codes drop-down list (if required by your Firm Administrator).
  5. Enter up to 50 characters in the Client/Project Notes field (optional).
  6. Click Submit Search.
