PDF Files Not Printing / Printing Incorrectly

Problem Description:

The Adobe® Acrobat® Reader software is not configured for PostScript commands.

Suggested Actions:

Take the following steps to change your printer properties:

  1. Open Adobe Reader.
  2. Click File and select Print.
  3. Click on Advanced to open the Advanced Print Setup window.
  4. Click Print As Image.
    NOTE: Selecting the Print As Image option usually increases the printing time.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Click Print.
