When you use our Internet products, you might encounter error messages or slowness that you can sometimes correct by taking the following steps:

Your computer can't sign on or displays a password that is no longer valid.

 

Your Internet Browser's security settings are set too high blocking LexisNexis sites.

Your computer may not be able to view secure sites.
