Microsoft® Windows® XP SP2 Printing, Downloading, and Linking Issues

Problem Description:

Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) writes a set of security technologies to Microsoft Internet Explorer that affect some of the features and functions of the LexisNexis® Services. Windows XP SP2 users may experience problems with some or all of the following:

  • Installing the Lexis Print Utility
  • Printing and Downloading Documents
  • Emailing Documents
  • Using LexisNexis® Company Dossier
  • Using Features that Open in a Box or New Window

Suggested Action:

Add the LexisNexis sites to your Trusted sites zone in Internet Explorer.
