Microsoft Access Cannot Open File

Problem Description

This error occurs because of security settings on Windows® Vista® and Internet Explorer® 7.

Suggested Action
  1. Right-click the unzipped MDB file and choose Properties.
  2. Click UNBLOCK at the bottom of the Properties window.
