Forgot Username on CounselLink

You can recover your username via a secure online process. After verifying your identity, CounselLink sends your username via the email we have on file for your account. This applies to both the Law Firm and Client.

Take the following steps to recover your username:

1. Click Forgot Username from the CounselLink Sign In.
2. Enter the email address associated with your CounselLink profile in the Email Address field.
3. Click Next.
4. Answer your security question.
5. Click Next. Confirmation message displays stating "You'll receive an email shortly with your username and instructions for logging in to CounselLink".
6. Click Return to Sign In Page.
