Activating a Login for Law Firms on CounselLink

Take the following steps to activate a login for a user:

1. Log on to https://counsellink.net.
2. Click the office name under Offices on the Home page.
3. Click the name of the person whose profile needs to be edited.
4. Click Edit above the Law Firm Individual Profile.
5. Select Yes for Activate Login.
6. Enter Email.
7. Click Save.
   Note: The system sends a password reset email that has the CounselLink user's log in ID, and a link to reset their password. The person with the Admin role receives an email confirming this change.
