Did you know that you can check the status of your order on the LexisNexis® Print & CD Service Center?
Take the following steps to check the status of your order on the Print & CD Service Center:
- Sign in to your Print & CD Service Center account.
- Click Order Status on the left navigation bar.
- Follow the instructions provided to view the status of your order.
You can also receive order status emails by updating your profile on the Print & CD Service Center.
Take the following steps to receive Order Status emails:
- Sign in to your Print & CD Service Center account.
- Click Customer Updates on the left navigation bar.
- Select the Send Order Status Emails? check box in the Online Statements, Email Updates section.
- Enter your email address in the Order Status Email Address field.
