Forgot Your ID
Take the following steps to use the Forgot your ID or Password? link to retrieve your ID:
- Navigate to the Sign In page.
- Click the Forgot your ID or Password? link.
- Select Forgot ID.
- Enter your email address in the Email address field.
- Click Submit.
When you use the Forgot your ID or Password? link, you receive either of the following messages:
- Standard Message: An email including the ID registered for the email you entered has been sent to ([email address]).
- Email is not recognized: The email address you provided ([email address]) did not match our records.
- Email is associated with multiple IDs: If the email address you entered is associated with multiple ids you receive the following message:The email address you provided (noemail@lexisnexis.com) is associated with more than one ID. Please contact Customer Support at 1-800-543-6862 so we can determine which ID you need help with.
The service sends the email from customersupport@lexisnexis.com.
Forgot Your Password
Take the following steps to use the Forgot your ID or Password? link to retrieve your password:
- Navigate to the the Sign In page.
- Click Forgot your ID or Password?
- Select Forgot Password.
- Enter your ID.
- Click Submit.
- Confirm your email address or mobile phone number.
- Click Submit to receive OTP.
- After receiving the OTP enter it in the data boxes.
- Enter a new password in the New password field.
- Re-enter your new password in the Confirm new password field.
- Click Submit.
Password Requirements:
- Must contain 8-50 characters
- Must not contain spaces
- Must not include your ID
- Must not be the same as any of your previous 5 passwords

Must include at least one character from 3 of the following categories:
- Upper-case letters (A-AZ)
- Lower-case letters (a-z)
- Numbers (0-9)
- Special characters like ! # $ % & ' * + - / = ? ^ _ { | } ~ . @
