It provides updates on the docket for a single existing case based on the docket number of the case. Tracks run continuously in all courts, including the courts that update dockets automatically. Tracks will continue to check for new information within the scheduled the customer selected, until they reach the expiration date.

The system considers any docket change a new activity, with the exception of a document changing from Runner to Online. If a Track is set to run on the 31st of the month, the Track runs on the 1st of the following month for months without 31 days. If a Track is set to run on a specific date and that date falls on a weekend, the Track runs on the next business day.  Tracks do not run on holidays.
