How to Delete an Alert on Lexis CourtLink

 
Click Open in New Tab to view the article in a separate window, this view provides links for ease of use and article navigation. Once you are on the Support Home window you can click links within the article.

You can delete a single or multiple Alerts at once on Lexis^® CourtLink^®.

 Deleting a Single Alert

There are 2 paths you can take to retrieve a list of your Alerts in order to delete them. 

Take the following steps to delete an Alert on Lexis CourtLink from the home page:

1. Click View all Alerts and Tracks.
2. (Optional) Select the specific Type of Alert you want to delete under Filters in order to filter to just that type of Alert.
3. Click Delete next to the Alert you want to delete.
4. Click Delete. 

Alternatively, take the following steps to delete an Alert on Lexis CourtLink:

1. Click More.
2. Click Alerts.
3. (Optional) Select the specific Type of Alert you want to delete under Filters in order to filter to just that type of Alert.
4. Click Delete next to the Alert you want to delete.
5. Click Delete. 

Note: If you want to delete an Alert that has been shared with you, click Unsubscribe next to the Alert to display the Unsubscribe from Alert window and click Unsubscribe.

 Deleting Multiple Alerts

There are 2 paths you can take to retrieve a list of your Alerts in order to delete them. 

Take the following steps to delete multiple Alerts on Lexis CourtLink:

1. Click View all Alerts and Tracks.
2. (Optional) Select the specific Type of Alert you want to delete under Filters in order to filter to just that type of Alert.
3. Check the box next to the Alerts you want to delete.
4. Click the Delete icon above the Alerts list.
5. Click Delete Alert.

Alternatively, take the following steps to delete multiple Alerts on Lexis CourtLink:

1. Click More.
2. Click Alerts.
3. (Optional) Select the specific Type of Alert you want to delete under Filters in order to filter to just that type of Alert.
4. Check the box next to the Alerts you want to delete.
5. Click the Delete icon above the Alerts list.
6. Click Delete Alert.
