Click Open in New Tab to view the article in a separate window, this view provides links for ease of use and article navigation. Once you are on the Support Home window you can click links within the article.

The Lexis® CourtLink® service allows you to mark documents as read for 1 or more Alerts when you view the list of Alerts. If you view a document by clicking the link to the document from the Alerts results email, the Lexis CourtLink service automatically marks the results as read. Also, you can now retrieve your complete list of Alerts from the home page by clicking View all Alerts and Tracks

 Marking All Results as Read

Take the following steps to mark all results in an Alert as read from the Alerts page:
  1. Select 1 or more Alert you want to mark all results as read:
  2. Click More.
  3. Select Mark results as read.
  4. Click OK.
Note:  You cannot use these steps to mark all documents as unread. To mark documents as unread, you must view the Alert Results list.

 Marking Individual Results as Read or Unread

Take the following steps to mark individual dockets or documents in Alert results as read or unread on the Alerts page:
  1. Click the name of the Alert for the dockets or documents you want to mark.
  2. Select 1 or more dockets or documents you want to mark as read or unread.
  3. Click More.
  4. Select Mark selected as read or Mark selected as unread. 
    Note:  You can select Mark all as read or Mark all as unread from the More drop-down list without selecting any documents.

 Marking All Results as Read or Unread

Take the following steps to mark all documents in a Category in Alert results as read or unread on the Alerts page:
  1. Click the name of the Alert you want on the Alerts page.
  2. Click More.
  3. Select Mark all as read or Mark all as unread.
  4. Click Mark As Read or Mark As Unread
    Note: The name of the button depends on the selection you made in step 3.
