▶️ How Do I Add a New User?

The LexisNexis^® Account Center tool allows Administrators to create users within the same application.

The LexisNexis^® Account Center tool allows Administrators to create users within the same application. 


Take the following steps to create a new user:

1. Click Users from the left side of the page.
2. Click Users.
3. Click Add User.
4. Click in the Select the location you want to add the new user to field and start typing a location or select a location from the drop-down list.
5. Enter the name, email address and Timekeeper ID (if applicable) for the new user.
6. Select the User Group for the new user.
7. Select the Product Access the new user needs by selecting one of the options:
   • Manually select products - select each product individually.
   • Select products from template - select a pre-created template that includes a set list of products. Click the template name to see the list of products included in the template.
8. (Optional) Select Schedule Future Date in the Schedule User Creation drop-down list and select a future date. If no selection is made, the new user is created immediately.
9. Select one or both ID options:
   • Email ID and Password to user - Sends the user's ID and password to the end user.
   • Send user ID and password to me - Sends the user's ID and password to you.
10. (Optional) Select Delete or Suspend from the Schedule User Suspension/Deletion drop-down list and select a future date if you want to specify specific dates on which to delete or suspend the user.
11. Select Submit.
12. Select one of the following options on the confirmation page:
    • Download the user's information
    • Email the user's information
    • Return to the list of users
    • Return to the Add User page

You can access LexisNexis Account Center directly at https://accountcenter.lexisnexis.com using your LexisNexis^® product ID and password.
