The Lexis® CourtLink® service offers intraday tracking in select courts when selecting Business Daily as the frequency when creating the track.

You can be notified throughout the day of new activity in cases that are of interest to you. While the feature notifies you of updates at the intraday intervals requested, the dockets themselves might update at other times. For example, a 4 p.m. EST Business Daily Track does not mean CourtLink updated the docket at 4:00 PM Eastern Time, it means that CourtLink is notifying you around 4:00 P.M. Eastern time of any updates it has from the time of the last notification.

The actual docket updating is periodic throughout the day.

Note: If intraday tracking is not available for a specific court, the Business Daily feature notifies once during the day after 5:00 PM Eastern Time.

CourtLink tries to send the Business Daily Track notifications as close to the designated times as possible, but there is some variance in the timing.

United States Circuit Courts of Appeals also include an option for 7x Daily as an alternative to Business Daily. If you select 7x Daily your Track updates 7 times between 8AM and 6PM on the court's local time.

The Track begins start running the day you set it up and it is possible to get notifications the same day the Track is set up.
