Viewing Your List of Tracks 


There are 2 ways to view a list of your Tracks on the Lexis® CourtLink® service. 

Take the following steps to view a list of the Tracks you created on the CourtLink service from the home page:

  1. Click View all Alerts and Tracks.
  2. Click Track
    Note:  Once you click the Track filter, you only see your Tracks. 


Alternatively, take the following steps to view a list of the Tracks you created on the CourtLink service:

  1. Click More.
  2. Click Alerts.
  3. Click Track
    Note:  Once you click the Track filter, you only see your Tracks.

 Downloading Your List of Tracks


You can download a complete list of Tracks.  You can download your Tracks in the following formats:
  • XML
  • CSV
  • HTML
  • MS Excel (xlsx)

Take the following steps to download the list of Tracks:
  1. Click on View All Alerts & Tracks.
  2. Click Filter.
  3. Click Type.
  4. Click Tracks.
  5. Click Download Profiles.
  6. Select File Type.
  7. Enter a Filename if you want to change the default name.
  8. Click Download.

 Changes Available


If you see the words  Changes Available inside a blue bubble when viewing your list of Tracks by taking the steps above, this means that there are changes to your Track. Click on the name of the Track to open it.

 No Changes


If you see the words  No Changes inside a blue bubble when viewing your list of Tracks by taking the steps above, this means that there are no changes to your Track.

 Retrieval Failure

If you see the words Retrieval Failure inside a red bubble when viewing your list of Tracks by taking the steps above, this means the Track failed.

If you see a red exclamation point in Alerts Manager, this means that the Track failed.

 Full Document


When viewing your Tracked document, there are several settings that you see above the case name and docket number in the upper middle portion of your screen. 

One of these options is Full Document.  When Full Document is selected, you are looking at the entire docket.

 Highlight


When viewing your Tracked document, there are several settings that you see above the case name and docket number in the upper middle portion of your screen. One of these options is Highlight . When Highlight is selected, it highlights the changes to your docket. The entire docket is displayed when this feature is selected.

 Changes Only


When viewing your Tracked document, there are several settings that you see above the case name and docket number in the upper middle portion of your screen. One of these options is Changes Only.  When Changes Only is selected, you only see a list of changes to your docket proceedings along with the information in the Header.
