Summary Alert Email

You can select to receive a Summary Alert Email. The Summary Alert Email lists the results of all of your Alerts since the last summary email or lists no new results. These emails are sent on weekdays around 8:00 A.M. Eastern Time, regardless of when the Alerts are set to deliver. The Summary Alert Email is independent of the delivery frequency for the underlying Alerts, and is in addition to any other Alert notification emails selected.  You can select to receive a Summary Alert Email for all your combined Alerts or by Alert Type.

You can also get Summary Alert Emails for Alerts being shared with you, but you must have the Summary Alert Email feature turned on for your profile. The Summary Alert Email is separate from the settings you select when you create an Alert, it does not carry over the recipient of the shared alert.

Summary Alert Emails are separate from your individual Alerts. The Summary Alert Email includes all Alerts, including those you have set to Online only.

Take the following steps to set up the Summary Alert Email feature:
  1. Click View all Alerts and Tracks.
  2. Click Alert Settings.
  3. Check Send Summary Search Alert Email.
  4. Enter the recipients' email addresses if you selected Combine All. Select the Alert type if you want to send Separate Summary Alert Emails by Alert Type.
  5. Note: If you select Combined All, you will  get a summary email for all Alert types, regardless of the type of alerts you have currently set. If you select Separate by Alert Type,  you must select the alert type to see the recipients' email addresses field.
  6. Click Save.

Note:  You can enter up to 4,000 characters in the recipients' email addresses field.

Auto View

Check Auto View to get notifications of the changes to your Track that occurred since the Track last updated.  If you don't check Auto View, CourtLink determines the last time you viewed the Track in the product and notifies you of all the changes that occurred since the last time.
