How Do I Perform Basic Troubleshooting Steps in LexisNexis Account Center?

If you experience unexpected behavior while signing on to or using the LexisNexis Account Center, visit the LexisNexis Browser Troubleshooting Guide. This guide is a self-service, basic browser troubleshooting site that shows the environment, removes a user's stored authentication cookies and helps clear cache.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, please contact Customer Support for further assistance. You can access LexisNexis Account Center directly at https://signin.lexisnexis.com/lnaccess/app/signin?aci=ss&back=https%3A%2F%2Faccountcenter.lexisnexis.com%2F&aci=ss using your Lexis^® ID and password.

Take the following steps to access LexisNexis Account Center while signed in to the Lexis service:

1. Click More in the upper right corner on the Lexis service.
2. Select LexisNexis^® Account Center.
3. Enter your Lexis ID and password if prompted.

Note: If you do not have the LexisNexis Account Center option under the More drop-down or you are unable to sign into LexisNexis Account Center with your Lexis ID and password, contact your firm's administrator.
