Take the following steps to display Insights:- Run a search.
- Click Insights next to the Results link.
- (Optional) Scroll down and click on any link to drill down into that story, source, or conversation.

What coverage has the highest reach? |
Reach refers to the number of unique visitors to the source each month. It is a way to measure the most popular sites. The Reach calculation is dependent on the type of source.

What coverage has the most positive sentiment? |
Identifies the articles with the highest sentiment. |

What coverage has the most negative sentiment? |
Identifies the articles with the lowest sentiment. |

Provides the sum of all media values for coverage appearing in sources for which audience reach data is available in Newsdesk. This number currently includes duplicate articles. |

Document Delivery
You can deliver the entire Insights report in PDF format or specific sections of the report in PNG format. The headlines under the What are the top stories? section are active links in the PDF format however are not active when delivered in PNG format.Take the following steps to deliver sections or the entire Insights report:
- Run a search.
- Click Insights next to the Results link.
- Click the Actions drop-down arrow located to the right of the search name.
- Click Download/Export.
- Click Insights (PDF).
- Either click on All or check individual sections.
- Click Download to generate the report.
Adding an Insight to the Dashboard
You can add your search Insight as a widget to the Dashboard.Take the following steps while viewing an search Insight to add a section to a dashboard(s):
- Click the Share to Dashboard icon located in the top right of the section of the Insight.
- In the Share to Dashboard popup screen, check the dashboard(s) you want to add your Insight to.
- Click Submit.
