The Lexis® CourtLink® Dockets & Documents page allows you to view a list of dockets that you have recently selected to update or documents that you recently selected to download. It is important to remember that these are point in time versions of the dockets or documents. In order to look at a new version of the docket, you must run a search to retrieve the docket and update it again. If you want more regular updates on a docket, please set up a Track for the docket. For more information about setting up a Track, see Creating a Track on Lexis CourtLink.

Bolded and Unbolded Links

If a link is bold, it means that it has not been viewed. If a link is unbolded, it means it has already been marked as viewed. If you are downloading a document and you have selected Compress files in .ZIP format in Default Document Retrieval Settings, documents are unbolded in the Dockets & Documents page. If you have not selected this option, the document appears as bolded. If you click View, click the document on the Dockets & Documents page, or checkmark and deliver the document, it appears unbolded.
