The InterAction Mobile App is a native mobile application compatible with the latest iOS and Android platforms. It allows professionals to capture, view and utilize contact data and carry out essential client service and business development activities on the go.  It offers the latest secure authentication methods, seamless integration with the new InterAction hybrid applications and the capability for further integrated functionality with other mobile devices functions.

Requirements
  • The InterAction Mobile App runs on the hybrid applications platform (e.g. with IA365 and client insights module) and utilizes the same authentication. Therefore, it is only available for firms using the other hybrid applications.
  • The InterAction Mobile App is included with ALL hybrid cloud subscriptions (e.g. Essential Data and above).
  • InterAction Mobile App available in the Apple and Android app stores (Note: In the Play Store, you may need to search for "LexisNexis" and click on the New tag in order to find InterAction Mobile App.)
  • iOS 11 (minimum) & Android 5.0 (minimum) 


Note: When accessing the InterAction Mobile App, users will be asked to provide a FIRM ID. Your organization's FIRM ID is available in the URL used for accessing client insights. Here's an example:

crawfordiverson.apps.interaction.com

In this example, 'crawfordiverson' is the FIRM ID. 


Users will then proceed in authenticating using your firm's external login process.
