 Overview

Donor Profiles focuses on top Fortune 1000 companies (i.e., major companies) and top executives. Donor Profile provides centralization of data which saves you time as you no longer have to search multiple sources to compile the data.

Donor Profiles uses the following sources:

• LexisNexis^® Corporate Affiliations
• U.S. Executive Compensation Database – Executive Biographies
• SGA Executive Tracker
• Market Guide Executives
• The Complete Marquis Who’s Who® Biographies
• Gale Biographies
• Salutary Data
• Prospects of Wealth

Source information displays at the bottom of each section within the Donor Profile.

 Search Form

You can search Donor Profiles by an individual’s name and a state. 

Take the following steps to run a Donor Profile search on an Individual:

1. Click the Individual tab.
2. Enter a name in the Name fields. 
   Note: Last name is a mandatory field.
3. (Optional) Enter a State.
4. Select Donor Profiles.
5. Click Search.

Note: The Terms and Keywords field does not impact the Donor Profiles result list. Meaning, you cannot add a company name to narrow search results.

 Results List Filters

The Results List provides filters to narrow your search results. You can narrow by the following:

• Job Title: You can filter by a job title.
• Company: You can filter by a company name.
• Location: You can filter by a state or territory.
  Note: If you select New Jersey, for example, the results list will be narrowed to individuals that have a connection to New Jersey. However, as an individual may have connections to multiple employers, the donor may hold or have held roles in New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut. Therefore, those related states will also display as selected in the Location filter once the New Jersey filter has been applied.
• Donations: You can filter by People with donation records or People without donation records.

Donor Profile 

The Donor Profile consists of two tabs, the Overview tab and the Donations tab. Use the Download button to download the contents on that tab into a PDF document.

Due Diligence 

Due Diligence provides an overview for accessing potential risk or related information associated with a donor name. You can perform a comprehensive due diligence research by clicking Diligence Check. 
 
If you have a Nexis Diligence™ subscription, you are taken directly to the Diligence snapshot with search results for that donor name. 
 
If you do not have a Nexis Diligence subscription, you are taken to the Nexis Diligence marketing homepage where you can learn more about the product.

Confidence Rankings 

Confidence Rankings are a visual tool to help understand the likelihood that a particular donation record applies to the profile you are viewing. The confidence ranking is based on an algorithmic analysis of the data fields in the donation record and the donor database. Each donation receives a ranking of high, medium, or low. 
 

High	Indicates a unique correlation between the donor and the donation records. It is a near certainty that the donation applies to the donor profile being viewed.
Medium	Indicates the donation record matches more than one, but fewer than ten, donor profiles. Thus, there is at least a 10% chance that the donation record applies to the donor profile.
Low	Indicates that the donation record potentially matches many donor profiles. It is unlikely that the donation matches to the current profile based on this number.
