On Nexis® Wealth Navigator Powered by Aidentified you can import your network so you can see your relationship paths to prospects that you may have never known existed. You can export a prospect or a list.

Benefits of Importing Your Contacts


Why should you upload your contacts?
  • Expand your network to uncover new prospects through your first and second degree connections. Connect faster with a warm referral. 
     
  • Import existing customers and prospect lists to get detailed profile insights like job title, company, education, wealth segment, location, interests, and more. 
     
  • Get real-time alerts on wealth events and job changes for your existing clients.

Status of Import/Export


You can view the status of your imports or exports by clicking on Click to Open.

You can take any of the following actions:
  • Click the Download link to download the file.
  • Click Prepare Download to select your download options from the Select Your Export Option page. Once you make your selections, click Continue. The next page will provide the estimated number of credits needed to prepare the download. Once the download has been prepared, the Prepare link will display.
  • Click the trash can to delete items.
    Note: This action will remove the contacts from Favorites and being treated as a Your Network 1st degree connection.

How to Import Network


You can import your network so you can see your relationship paths to prospects that you may have never known existed. Connecting your networks will considerably improve your searches and expand your results. Check back regularly to update your connections from these external sources. Note: Imports are 1st degree networks.
 
Your data is then cross referenced to a database of 210M+ profiles. Anywhere there is a match, that contact is marked as a Your Network 1st degree connection within your account. Since we have data on where people work, used to work, what departments they work in, and boards they sit on, we have the opportunity to infer relationships. Ultimately, showing you referral and introduction opportunities to new prospects.
 
Important: We do not import your data into our database or share your data with others. 
 
For organizations with multiple users, you can create a team to leverage each other's networks while prospecting.

How to Export Network


You can export a prospect or list to any of the following destinations:
Note: Triggers sourced from Crunchbase are not exportable based on terms of Crunchbase Terms of Use.

  • Hubspot
  • Redtail

Importing CSV Files

 

CSV Requirements: The CSV file must include a first name and last name, this information is required, as well as 1 of the following pieces of data: email address, phone number, home street address, home city, or home state. 

There is no limit to the number of items that can be uploaded however you can only upload 10,000 rows of data at a time. If you have larger CSV files, you will need to break them into smaller files and upload each one separately. 
 

Take the following step to import a CSV file:

  1. Click Import/Export tab.
  2. Take 1 of the following actions:
    • Drop a file on the Drop File here tile.
    • Import a file by clicking Import a ZIP/CSV file
  3. Enter a name in the Name your import field.
  4. (Optional) Select Add imported contacts to Your Network (1st degree) and enrich. (30,000 limit).
  5. (Optional) Click Extra Options to select any of the following options:  
    Matching Options
    • Include match using email only.
    • Include match using address only.
    • Match on organization and return current employees.
    • Include match using university and name only.
      Note: Enter the university in the Select University field and select the university from the word wheel.
    Team Options
    • Share file with selected Team(s)
    • Add imported contacts to Your Network (1st degree) for selected Team(s)
      Note: To select for you, choose option above Extra Options.
    Tag Options
    • Apply Tag(s) to matched records
      Note: Select a tag from the drop-down or create a new tag by clicking New Tag.
    • Add selected Tag(s) to household members
    • Add selected Tag(s) to selected Team(s)
  6. Click Next.
  7. You can match Your Column Headerto the correct Aidentified Column Header drop-down field. For more information, see Aidentified Column Header section below. 
  8. Click Complete Import.

This import process may take some time. Once the CSV file is imported, you can do the following with the imported data:
  • You can go back to Import/Export tab, expand the Status of Import/Export section to find the imported CSV file. You can click the Download link to download this CSV file which will include columns for each of the various data points the system matched, in addition to the original data columns that were a part of your import. This is a way for you to enrich any of your data. Unmatched columns from your import will still display in this CSV file.
     
  • You can go to Prospect Finder tab and expand the Import Source filter. You can select the CSV file to reveal the list of individuals the system matched to as part of that import. From here, you can par the list down by using the various search filters and create a saved search to begin receiving trigger notifications.    
    Note: All of the CSV Files that you have imported display under the Import Source filter, as well as any imports that your team imported with the Share file with selected Team(s) option selected.  



Aidentified Column Header


When you import a CSV file, you will receive the Map Fields page. On this page, the system displays a list of your imported fields under the Your Column Header and the corresponding Aidentified Column Header the system is mapping your imported field to. If there is an incorrect mapping or if a mapping was not found, you can use the Aidentified Column Header drop-down to select the appropriate field.

You want to manually match anything that Aidentified did not. The more fields you can match to or include, the more likely the system will be able to find those people in the database. Note: The fields in the Aidentified Column Header drop-down are all of the fields Aidentified matches to.

You can include multiple emails and phone numbers for individuals and map them by using the Aidentified Column Header drop-down and selecting + Add Email or + Add PhoneNote: The more email addresses and phone numbers you provide, the better.

Importing from LinkedIn


Take the following steps to import your connections from LinkedIn:
  1. Click Import/Export tab.
  2. Click LinkedIn under the Import heading.
    Note: You can also find directions with images on this page in the product.
  3. Click on the LinkedIn's data export page link.
  4. Select Want something in particular? Select the data files you're most interested in.
  5. Select Connections.
  6. Click Request archive.
    Note: If prompted for your LinkedIn password, enter it in the Password field.
    Note: The page will display a Request pending button and the We will send you an email when your download is ready message while it is downloading. This process can take 10-20 minutes. 
  7. Click on the download your data archive using this link in the email from LinkedIn.  
    Note: The email will be sent to your email address associated with your LinkedIn profile.
  8. Click Download archive once the download process has been completed. 
  9. Drag and drop the ZIP file or click to import the ZIP file to the Import page.
