Do you support all browsers? Yes, however Google Chrome is recommended in order to utilize the chrome extension offered with the application. You can download the Aidentified Sidecar Chrome Extension. How do I troubleshoot site issues such as error, blank page, or issues loading the site? Clear the browser's cache and cookies. For more information, see Delete Cache and Cookies in Most Common Internet Browsers. If this does not resolve the issue, you can send us an email via this form.
Is there a mobile app? The Aidentified mobile app is available on the Apple and Google stores.

Privacy and Passwords 

Where does your data come from? We source our data from a variety of sources and data providers. These include public data sources like SEC filings, and publicly available wealth event information about private and public companies, as well as licensed information containing both company and household information. We compile, validate and curate many sources to create our proprietary sales intelligence and relationship mapping data solution. For additional information about data collection see our Privacy Policy.
Do you add my data to your database or use my data in any other way when I import my connections into the platform? No, Aidentified does not incorporate this information into its database. It will only use this information within the platform while you are a customer to provide you with relationship mapping profile connections. Any of your connections data imported into our platform may be deleted at any time and that data is not stored by Aidentified when the relationship with the customer ends.

I tried to reset my password and never received an email. Please check your spam folder. If you still can’t find the email, send us an email via this form.
How do I change my password? If you forgot your password, click the Forgot your Password? Reset here button on the sign in page. Enter your email address, and an email will be sent to you with instructions on how to change your password. Please check your spam folder. If you still can’t find the email, send us an email via this form.   

If you are in the product and want to change your password, maneuver to the top right-hand corner, and click on Settings. In the drop-down, select Security and follow the steps to change your password. Make sure to use at least 8 letters, including a special character and at least one number.

Data 

What do I do when I find data that is incorrect in the platform, but I have the correct data to fix it? If you come across incorrect or outdated data, you can provide feedback in the Comment field. You can find this field at the bottom of the profile page. When you click Send, it will notify the tech team. They will investigate and update the profile information as needed.
Is my data safe? Yes. Your uploaded connections are yours and not shared or stored anywhere else. The data is only used to find your connections, then we bring back those same connections with 10x the information, from our own curated database of over 210M people. I’m trying to find a person in the app, but am not able to.    You can search for people by using the Prospect Finder tab. For more information, see Prospect Finder Tab on Nexis Wealth Navigator Powered by Aidentified. We try to capture as many prospects as we can however not every prospect is available within the product.

Saved Searches

How do Saved Searches work? Saved Searches work by selecting specific attributes which will then be used to filter out specific profiles based on the criteria you have selected. For more information, see Prospect Finder Tab on Nexis Wealth Navigator Powered by Aidentified.
What are Super Connectors? Super Connectors is a proactive tool that allows you to discover people that are highly-connected to your prospects based on the Saved Searches you have created. For more information, see Relationship Intelligence Tab on Nexis Wealth Navigator Powered by Aidentified.
How do I set up a saved search? Click on the Saved Searches tab. When directed to the new page, select Add New Saved Search. This will then provide you with different attributes which can be selected to create your own saved searches. Features 

How do I search for prospects? You can use the Prospect Finder tab to search for prospects. For more information, see Prospect Finder Tab on Nexis Wealth Navigator Powered by Aidentified.
How do I find future prospects? In order to find qualified prospects, utilize our Saved Searches tab to create your ideal future prospect and we will generate a qualified list for you in the Relationship Intelligence tab under Opportunities and Super Connectors. For more information, see Saved Searches Tab on Nexis Wealth Navigator Powered by Aidentified.
How do I enrich my own leads? Click on the Import/Export tab and choose the CSV upload option. Follow the instructions on how to upload a CSV file so we can match and enrich a list of connections or prospects. For more information about Importing CSV Files, see Import / Export Tab on Nexis Wealth Navigator Powered by Aidentified.
How do I upload my connections? In the product, click on the Import/Export tab. For more information, see Import / Export Tab on Nexis Wealth Navigator Powered by Aidentified. You will be prompted with directions on how to import your connections based on the different networks.
What event types do you track? We track IPO Filings, IPOs, IPO Lock-Ups Expiring Soon, IPO Lock-Ups Expired, Insider Stock Sales, Insider Stock Acquisitions, Insider Stock Purchases, Companies Acquired, Investments Received, SPACs, and Unicorn status. You can see a list and descriptions of these in the Prospect Filter tab by clicking on the blue information bubble next to the Triggers filter.
What are Triggers? A Trigger also called a buying signal or sales trigger is any situation or occurrence that prompts a sales or marketing opportunity. Whether it be a wealth event such as a stock transaction, an IPO filing or a client job promotion, etc.
How do I turn off email notifications? You can turn off email notifications, see Notifications Tab on Nexis Wealth Navigator Powered by Aidentified for steps on how to turn off an email notification.
What is company pages? With company pages, you are given a full overview of everything you need to know about a specific company including industry, location, and much more. This is all displayed in our application by clicking on a company highlighted in blue. For more information, see Viewing a Profile on Nexis Wealth Navigator Powered by Aidentified.
Do you include social media links for people? Yes, some profiles contain Facebook and LinkedIn icons which will direct you to the prospect’s social profile. We are constantly adding more so stay on the lookout for updated profiles.
Why am I receiving connection emails? Daily email alerts are triggered based on prospects in and around your network who recently benefited from life or wealth events. This is a perfect opportunity for you to see who can make that warm introduction to a qualified prospect. If you would like to manage these notifications, head to the Saved Searches tab and edit your saved searches. For more information, see Saved Searches Tab on Nexis Wealth Navigator Powered by Aidentified.
How do I add people to my Favorites? Whether you’re scrolling through a list, in Opportunities or in a person’s profile, you may add people to your favorites list by applying the Favorites tag. If you want to view all your favorites, select Tags from the Group By filter on the Prospect Finder tab.
How do I set up a team? Send us an email via this form. Make sure to include the name of the team you want to create as well as the names and email addresses of the people you would like to be on that team.  
Can I be on more than one team? Yes, you can join and create as many teams as you would like. If you’re looking to set up a team, send us an email via this form. Does the Sidecar work with Sales Navigator? The google chrome sidecar extension is currently designed to work on standard LinkedIn profile views. Sidecar will not display information while leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Credits and Exports

How many credits do I have left? You can find the number of credits available by clicking the Settings tab, Plans, and Credits
Where are my exports? Exports will be located at the bottom of the Import/Export tab. A notification will be sent to your email when the file is ready to be downloaded.

Integration 

How often should I upload my contacts? We suggest uploading your contacts every 6 months so that we can continue to grow your 1st and 2nd degree network. 
Can I integrate my CRM? Yes. We have a handful of CRM integrations available for you to use so you can seamlessly transfer leads and start conversations. Go to the Import/Export tab and scroll down to the Export section. Follow the steps to integrate your CRM. What CRM's do you support? We have integrations with Chime, Hubspot, Redtail, and Salesforce. You can export to any of these CRMs by using the Import/Export tab.
