InterAction IQ - Microsoft Authentication Announcement
REMINDER – InterAction IQ could be affected by Microsoft Deprecation of Basic Authentication for Exchange Online
As a reminder to our customers using InterAction IQ and Basic Authentication with Exchange Online, Microsoft has announced that they will be turning off this authentication type on all remaining tenants beginning at the start of March 2023. Any customers using IQ and connecting to Exchange Online using Basic authentication should switch to using Microsoft’s Modern Authentication as soon as possible - Failure to do so could result in InterAction IQ not being able to connect to Exchange Server and update relationship scores or contact data. In addition, we also recommend adding Graph API support to avoid any issues with the future deprecation of Exchange Web Services (EWS) for Exchange Online, instructions of which can also be found in the above document.
