Problem Description
A user reports missing Intelligize Doc Types form the Intelligize Menu Item.
Suggested Action
Please take the following steps to stop and restart the Intelligize® service to resolve the issue:
- Open the Services Manager.
- Click the Start button located in the bottom-left hand corner of the screen.
- Type Services in the search box.
- Click Services or Services (Desktop app) from the search results.
- Scroll through the list of services in the Services Manager window until you find Intelligize.LN.AOE.ServiceClient.
Note: You can also use the search function in the top-right corner to quickly locate a specific service.
- Right click Intelligize.LN.AOE.ServiceClient.
- (Optional) Click Properties to open a new window with more details about the service.
- Click Stop in the context menu.
Note: A confirmation dialog box may appear, warning you that stopping the service also stops any dependent services. Read the message and make sure you understand the consequences of stopping the service.
- Click Yes.
- (Optional) Look at the Status column in the Services Manager window. If it shows Stopped, then the service is no longer running.
- Right-click the service you want to start to open a context menu.
- Select the Start option.
Note: Wait for the service to start. Depending on the service and your system's configuration, it may take a few moments for the service to start.
- Monitor the Status column in the Services window to see when the service changes from Stopped to Running.
Note: Once it starts, it should show Running for the service you started.
- Return to the transactional page.
- Refresh the page.
