How to Activate Lexis CourtLink Snapshot  

Take the following steps to activate Lexis CourtLink Snapshot:

1. Click View all Alerts and Tracks. 
2. Click Alert Settings. 
3. Select Summary Alert Email. 
4. Select All other email types
5. Click Save.

How to Deactivate Lexis CourtLink Snapshot 

Take the following steps to deactivate Lexis CourtLink Snapshot: 

1. Click View all Alerts and Tracks. 
2. Click Alert Settings. 
3. Deselect Summary Alert Email. 
4. Deselect All other email types. 
5. Click Save.

Summaries Not Collected for Certain Types of Cases  

The following types of cases do not have summarized complaints:

• Prisoner Petitions
• Social Security
• Student Loans
• Immigration
• Property Forfeiture
• Various Pro Se cases
