The LexisNexis® Account Center tool allows Administrators and Invoice Contacts the ability to pay invoices online within the same application.
Late fees are broken out and included in your Invoice Payment Amount in LexisNexis Account Center. The Invoice PDF also shows late fees.

Take the following steps to submit an online invoice payment:
Note: If you experience unexpected behavior while signing on to or using the LexisNexis Account Center, visit the LexisNexis Browser Troubleshooting Guide. This guide is a self-service, basic browser troubleshooting site that shows the environment, removes a user's stored authentication cookies and helps clear cache.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, please contact Customer Support for further assistance.
You can access LexisNexis Account Center directly at https://accountcenter.lexisnexis.com using your LexisNexis product ID and password.

Take the following steps to submit an online invoice payment:
- Click Invoice & Payment on the left side of the page.
- Click Invoices near the top of the page, if not already selected.
- If your organization has multiple Financial Accounts, select an account number or All Accounts from the drop-down list.
- Narrow the list using one or more of the following:
- Search for an item number
- Use the All Items drop-down list to see only open, paid, or credit items
- Use the date drop-down list to see items from a specific year or range of years
- Do one of the following:
- Click Pay Total Balance to pay the entire amount owed for this account.
- Note: When you pay less than the balance due, LexisNexis Account Center applies the payment to the oldest invoices first and then provides an updated balance.
- Select the invoice or invoices you want to pay, and then click Make Payment to pay specific invoices.
Note: After clicking Make Payment, you can select a custom amount to pay or the total balance of the selected invoices.
- Complete the payment information keeping the following in mind:
- You can use the credit/debit card or bank account on record, or you can use a different one for this payment. If you choose to do so, you'll need to enter those account details.
- Invoices exceeding $25,000 are paid by bank transfer, ACH, check, or wire transfer.
- When you pay less than the balance due, LexisNexis Account Center applies the payment to the oldest invoices first and then provides an updated balance.
- Click Confirm and Pay.
Note: You receive a dialogue box with the message that your payment is being processed. You can click the Download Payment Receipt PDF link any time after processing a payment from the Invoices view to print a receipt for the payment. If more than one payment is made against an invoice, they will show together on 1 payment receipt.
