Product Outage Auto-Dialer process (SU8423)
The Product Outage Auto-Dialer process uses an automated dialing system to contact customers and play a recorded message upon answer by a customer or their voice mail. The recording will inform the customer that the outage or service disruption has been resolved and to contact Customer Support if they have additional issues. The auto-dialer provides customers timely notification of when an outage is resolved. The auto-dialer is unable to navigate automated attendants, extensions, or live operators. When a customer requests a callback confirm if the number is a direct line or leads to an AA, operator or includes an extension so you can determine the best option for the callback.
