Juris® Go requires an active Juris® Suite subscription and support plan. To activate or renew your plan, call (866) 448-5871.
 
Juris Go System Requirements
Supported Juris Versions:  Juris Go requires Juris Suite 2.6.1 or higher.
The version number for Juris Suite can be found on the sign in screen.
Juris Go Licenses Each user of Juris Go must be a Juris Suite timekeeper and must be assigned a license to use the service.

To arrange licensing, call (866) 448-5871, after which licensing confirmation and product keys are included in a fulfillment email.
Compatible Devices
Apple iOS versions 13 through 16. The Juris Go app is available from the iTunes store.

Android versions 9 through 12. The Juris Go app is available from the Google Play Store.
 
SQL Server SQL Server 2012 or higher must be installed on server. See Juris Go Manager Download for additional details.
Windows Server 2012 and above  
Microsoft .NET Framework Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.1 must be installed on your Juris server must be running.
Default Juris instance selected A default Juris instance must be selected in Juris License Manager. For more information, see Installing and Configuring Juris Go .
Juris Go Manager and Related Service The Juris Go Manager is a desktop application with related services. It must be installed on your computer running Juris server. Only one instance of Juris Go Manager may be installed per firm.

A link to download the setup executable is provided in the Juris Go license fulfillment email. These components are installed:
  • Juris Go Manager. You use this tool to allocate Juris Go licenses to timekeepers.
  • Juris Go service. This service manages traffic between your local Juris database and cloud-based services, which communicate with the Juris Go app.
Note the following considerations when selecting a computer to install the service on:
  • Install Juris Go Manager on your server running Juris and Juris Suite. Do not install it on any other computer.
  • The computer must be running Juris 2.6.1 or higher and Juris Suite 2.6.1 or higher.
  • .NET Framework 4.6.1 and SQL Server 2012 or higher must be installed on the computer.
  • The computer must maintain a continuous connections to the Internet and to your Juris database.
  • It is important to install the service on a computer that can handle the additional network traffic that will be generated by your mobile timekeeping staff.

User Configuration The following is required to license a user in Juris Go Manager:
  • The user must be set up as both a User and a Timekeeper in Juris.
  • The User ID and Timekeeper ID must match (If Bob has a User ID of ABC, his Timekeeper ID must also be ABC).
  • The user must have permissions in Juris Suite to record Time or Expense entries. See Juris Suite Permissions for additional details.
