    • A counter below the list shows how many licenses are available for allocation.

    • The user must be set up as both a User and a Timekeeper in Juris.
    • The User ID and Timekeeper ID must match (If Bob has a User ID of ABC, his Timekeeper ID must also be ABC).
    • The user must have permissions in Juris Suite to record Time or Expense entries. See Juris Suite Permissions for additional details.
  3. If the user does not have an email address listed, type the email address for the user.
    • The email entered must be unique among all Juris Go users.

Note: If Send Invite was selected, the tool opens an email template in your computer's default email program.

To edit a user's email address

Most commonly, it is the main Juris application that is used to enter or edit a user's email address. However, since the email address associated with the Juris user functions as the user's sign in name for Juris Go, the Juris Go Manager has been designed to allow you to add or change the email address for any Juris user. The email address assigned must be unique among all Juris Go users.
  1. Open Juris Go Manager from Start menu > All Programs > LexisNexis > Juris Go Manager.
  2. Select the email address field of the user you want to change.
  3. Type the new email address and then click Save.
Note: Your edits are saved to the form.
  4. Perform other configurations in the tool as needed.
  5. Click OK.

Note: The edits you made to the email address and any other configurations made on the form are written to the Juris database.
