The Usage Stats feature on Nexis Newsdesk® allows Administrators to view a variety of account statistics, usage, and User details the organization's Newsdesk account.
The landing page displays the following options:
Licenses Usage Stats
Managing Users
Adding Users
Downloading Reports
License Usage Stats
License Usage Stats displays the following statistics:
- Newsletters displays the number of newsletters available and how many have been used.
- Exports displays the number of exports available and how many have been used.
- Newsdesk Users displays the number of seats available and how many have been used.
- Authorized Readers displays the number of Authorized Readers available and how many have been used.
- Mobile App displays the number of Mobile App Users available and how many have been used.

Managing Users
Users displays a listing of all Users under the account and provides the following options:- Search for User by name or email.
- Status: You can filter users who are Active or Inactive.
- User Role: You can filter users by the following roles: Admin, Standard, Authorized User, Mobile App and Unassigned.

Actions:
- Edit groups: Opens a pop up listing of all of your groups created at the account level. From here you can add or remove the user from any groups. To have a group created, please contact Customer Support.
- Manage: you can manage a user from the LexisNexis Account Center.
- Transfer Ownership: you can transfer ownership of content from one user to another. For more information, see Transferring Ownership of Newsletters, Searches, and Source Lists on Newsdesk (Shared Asset Transfer) .

Adding Users
The Add User button allows you to add a user in LexisNexis® Account Center.
Downloading Reports
Take the following steps to download a report for your account:
- Click on your name in the upper right corner.
- Click Usage Stats.
- Click Download Report.
- Select a report.
- Select a date range.
- Click Download.
