How to Search All State Courts (non-Federal) on Lexis CourtLink

Running a search in All State Courts (non-Federal) does not search any of our Direct Access courts.  For more information on Direct Access courts, see Searching Direct Access Courts on Lexis CourtLink.

Take the following steps to search All State Courts (non-Federal):

1. Click the within drop-down.
2. Select All State Courts (non-Federal). 
3. Click outside the within drop-down.
4. Enter your search criteria in the search field.
5. Click Search.
