LexisNexis® Account Insights (LNAI) is a new enhanced solution that provides greater flexibility for your cost recovery customization. You can easily manage and create the desired output based on your cost recovery strategy, business needs, and technical dependencies. You can quickly get started with cost recovery activities, run reports, access support information, and more from the home page.
Access LexisNexis Account Insights at https://accountinsights.lexisnexis.com. Use your LexisNexis® product ID and password to sign in. Once signed in, you see the Home tab with information specific to your account.
Use the navigation tabs on the left side of the page to navigate LexisNexis Account Insights:
- Home: Landing page for LexisNexis Account Insights with links to different areas of the tool, Quick Links, a list of your Scheduled Reports, Support contact information, and other messages from LexisNexis.
- Create Report: Allows you to quickly set up billing reports with filter options, assign cost recovery amounts to different content and product sets that meet your business needs, and create a Custom Allocation template.
- Custom Allocation Templates: Create and view customizable cost recovery reports that can be shared within your organization and save Custom Allocation Templates to share within your organization to make it easier to apply custom parameters such as commonly excluded client IDs, custom discounting, and more.
- Report Templates: Customizable reports that fit your organization's need by allowing rearrangement of data in the order you want to see in your report.
- Scheduled Reports: Schedule automated delivery of your cost recovery reports.
The top navigation bar appears at the top of each page in LexisNexis Account Insights. You can find Support options, links to the LexisNexis® Products included in your subscription, and a link to your Sign-in Profile (under the Hello! drop-down list).
