Steps to Deliver Documents Saved to a Folder
You can print up to 100 documents or 1,000 pages at a time from the Lexis® service.Take the following steps to deliver documents saved in a folder:
- Open a document in your folder or select multiple documents to deliver.
- Click the Download, Print, Email, or Send to Dropbox icon.
Note: Once you click the icon, a pop-up window opens. If this window does not open, see troubleshooting steps below. - Review the documents in Selected Documents.
- Select the appropriate Formatting Options.
- Select the appropriate Content-specific Options.
- Click Download, Print, Email, or Send to Dropbox to complete the delivery.

Browser
If 1 browser on a workstation is experiencing issues with LexisNexis® websites, but other browsers and websites appear to be work fine, there is likely a browser issue. For information on how to resolve a browser related issue, see Troubleshooting Browser Issues.Pop-up Blockers
A pop-up blocker is any program that prohibits a pop-up window from displaying. If a pop-up blocker is enabled, it may block option screens on Lexis that are needed to deliver documents. For more information, see Disable Blockers in Most Common Internet Browsers.[ Top ]
