 Steps to Deliver Documents Saved to a Folder

You can print up to 100 documents or 1,000 pages at a time from the Lexis^® service.

Take the following steps to deliver documents saved in a folder:

1. Open a document in your folder or select multiple documents to deliver.
2. Click the Download, Print, Email, or Send to Dropbox icon.
   Note: Once you click the icon, a pop-up window opens. If this window does not open, see troubleshooting steps below.
3. Review the documents in Selected Documents.
4. Select the appropriate Formatting Options.
5. Select the appropriate Content-specific Options.
6. Click Download, Print, Email, or Send to Dropbox to complete the delivery.

Note: A progress message opens at the bottom left of your screen. The message minimizes and closes automatically after the document is processed for delivery. If you need to access the delivered document again, you can retrieve your document from your History. Browser

If 1 browser on a workstation is experiencing issues with LexisNexis^® websites, but other browsers and websites appear to be work fine, there is likely a browser issue. For information on how to resolve a browser related issue, see Troubleshooting Browser Issues. 

Pop-up Blockers

A pop-up blocker is any program that prohibits a pop-up window from displaying. If a pop-up blocker is enabled, it may block option screens on Lexis that are needed to deliver documents. For more information, see Disable Blockers in Most Common Internet Browsers.
