The Fixed Rate Templates feature of LexisNexis® Account Insights allows you to create templates to use when creating reports.
Take the following steps to create a Fixed Rate Template:
- Click Create Fixed Rate Template.
- Enter a unique name in the Name Fixed Rate Template field.
- Select if you want to share the profile with others in your organization or keep it private.
Note: When a template is set to Private, only you can see the template. When a template is set to Shared, other admins within your organization can see the template and you can choose to make the template Read Only or Editable. - Assign Content Rates. You can either scroll through the classes or Search Classes.
- Enter an amount next to each class or enter in the Apply to all listed charges field to apply to all. All classes must have a Rate. You can enter 0 in the Rate field for any classes that you do not wish to have a rate.
- Toggle the % and $ sign as appropriate.
- Select Apply.
- Click Next.
- Assign Template Filters by selecting a Category.
- Click Next.
- Preview and Save. You can Review Assigned Changes.
- Click Save.
Once you have saved the Fixed Rate Template, you can click the Actions drop-down list to see your options:
- Edit Template
- Duplicate
- Create Template
- Download

Access LexisNexis Account Insights at https://accountinsights.lexisnexis.com. Use your LexisNexis® product ID and password to sign in. Once signed in, you see the Home tab with information specific to your account.
